Siberians: The Smartest Cats

Siberians: The Smartest CatsMy friend E. has a really sweet Siberian cat with one of the most original female cat names I’ve ever heard — Lavielle (or just Luv, as we call her, it’s an elven name, I guess… My friend E. was a big fantasy literature fan when she was younger).

Lavielle is one of the most beautiful Siberian cats in the world with her posh black coat and white legs. And she is the most intellectual creature I’ve ever met. My friend and I even like to joke that she’s even smarter than most humans.

Can you guess what she likes most of all? What? Food? Well, yes, of course, she likes food, this is quite natural for every living creature. But more than anything else in this world she likes two things — wind chimes and books. But not all books, actually. She doesn’t even come close to the books about politics (though there aren’t many of them in my friend’s room), and she loves all the books about art. She even has a favorite book — a big book with a dark green cover (forgot the name, sorry! It’s one of my friend’s books about painting).

Luv sits near that book, puts her legs on the open pages and looks at them, as if she’s reading it. She won’t go away from the book, even if you suggest her favorite dry pet food. When my friend tries to take the book away, she seems to be really hurt and doesn’t “speak” to E. for a while.

Lavielle isn’t the only cat like that in the world. All the Siberian cats are really special. They are hypoallergenic, beautiful, loyal, calm and independent… And they are really smart, after all. It’s very easy to train them, and when you speak to them, be sure they understand every single word.

They can easily get along with other pets in the house and especially with dogs. So, if you’re thinking about taking a cat, let it be a Siberian cat. I’m sure you’ll never regret it, and your Siberian will give you and your friends a lot of pleasant moments, just like Luv does.
